Tetsu Yatogi v1.75 ("WinMUGEN's Last Stand" Edition)

Changes from released version

Aesthetic Changes:
Tetsu has better color seperation. 
Tetsu has almost twice as many voices and a new KO sound.
Many of his animations have been improved.
His winposes have changed slightly.
He gains some new winquotes.
Palettes redone.
Background shatters if hit out of a Super move.
Intro against Blaque. Blaque doesn't appear in the winpose, if you're fighting her.
Includes a patch to optimize for 1.0

Gameplay Changes:
CLSN were redone
Overall damage has been reduced.
His Jumping WK has been changed. Old animation has been changed to MK.
His ground throws can now be teched out of. Like Blaque, he now has a "Throw Miss" animation.
Parry system fixed. Red Parry now possible. (Effect doesn't turn red yet, but the sound effect is different)
Can no longer juggle from punch/air throw.
Kick throw can now be cancelled early by holding punch. (Juggle opportunity!)
Tetsu Rave, Shadow Slip, and Power Kick were removed. 
EX Tetsu Tornado is now a Shippu Jinrai Kyaku-type attack
EX Assassin Slide has changed. Now the follow-up has EX properties as well.
Assassin Slide no longer knocks down.
Properties of Aerial Tetsu Spark and Tetsu Tornado have been changed.
Tetsu Thrasher has a new look. HyperCancelling now possible.
Recovery frames added to Shadow Dive and Tetsu Upper. (Note: Weak Shadow Dive's recovery is nullified if the move connects.)
Invincibility frames on Tetsu Upper tweaked. Stronger Uppercut = Less invincibility.
Tetsu Typhoon altered slightly.
Keeps the freeform combo system, but you can't cancel any command attacks anymore.
NEW ATTACK: Lightning Sword
NEW ATTACK: Shadow Strike + follow ups


Still planned

Final version will be 1.0 exclusive and use sffv2. This version is the final version that will still work on WinMUGEN.
Add EX Shadow Striker
Change EX Shadow Dive to a Houou-Tenbukyaku-type attack
Make end of Heaven Dance slam opponent to ground like Takuma's NEOMax
Remove in-game winquotes.
More damage/dampener tweaks
Redo his FX. Remove the spots on his Gi that still share colors with his eyebrows. (Before anyone asks, I will not be seperating his top from his pants. Fuck Shin Akuma lvl2 style palettes.)
Add an actual run animation. Possibly more if I can get the help for it.
Tetsu Storm will probably be replaced
Add new Ultimate: Hidden Power/Raijin's Spear
-Hidden Power: His eyes turn red and his specials become buffed. Needs 3 levels to use, but doesn't actually use power. However, once time runs out, your powerbar drops to 0. Raijin's spear can only be used in this mode. He'll probably get Shadow Slip back in this mode. (A slightly nerfed version. He hasn't mastered it as well as Blaque)
-Raijin's spear: Tetsu performs a Demon Upper. If it connects, the player must press a punch button to execute the second half of the move. You'll have to time it right for full damage.
Possibly a redone AI. The AI used was created by some Japanese creator (I wish I had a name so I can credit them, but there wasn't one in the file) and tweaked to use his new moves. It's a bit wonky at the moment.


New Move Commands
======================================

Lightning Sword - B,D,DB+punch
-Slightly telegraphed, but powerful and a wide hit range. Must be blocked high. EX Version is much quicker.

Shadow Strike - HCB+punch
-Invincible to projectiles while dashing. Has follow-ups listed below.

---> Heart Attack - F+punch
-Standard knockdown attack.

---> Roll Behind - D+punch (Also can be done by pressing punch during Assassin Slide)
-Nice for feints and mindgames. But you can be thrown out of it.

---> Demon Upper - U+punch
-Long startup, but unblockable and powerful. Will autoguard standing attacks. 

---> Alley Oop Kick - U+kick
-Acts like the Level 1 power Kick. Launcher.
 
---> Lightning Sweeper - D+kick
-Hits low. (Currently just does Assassin's Slide)
